Tones you hear. Rhythm you feel. Always.

Even if we can't explain it, we know the rhythm is off.
🎵 In music, you can sing out of tune. You can hear that, but you have to learn to recognise it.
A baby cannot immediately hear whether a tone is out of tune. An ear for purity only develops through experience, through growing up in a certain musical culture. That is why scales sound different in different parts of the world.
But rhythm?
🫀 We feel rhythm. Always. Everywhere.
It's in our DNA. A baby even notices when a rhythm changes.*
Rhythm is universal.
That's why rhythm is so powerful, even within organisations.
If the rhythm in a company is off, everyone gets out of balance, even if no one can say exactly why. It is missed when it is not there.
By consciously organising rhythm within teams, in work processes, in collaboration, in communication, you provide employees with a fundamental, natural need.
With the result:
- More focus
- More connection
- More trust
- Less stress
- Stronger teamwork
Imagine that all this is in place in your organisation...
How much easier does it then become to really perform better together?
Jan de Harder - Partner at Solventa after a Business Beat workshop:
"By actively playing together and using the many different musical instruments, we experienced in an intensive and musical way what teamwork, leadership and clear communication mean. Highly recommended!"
