PERCUSSION WORKSHOPS FOR COMPANIES
Welcome to Business Beat, where business success has a rhythm. Our percussion workshops are not just about drumming. We use making music together as a powerful and proven example of good teamwork, clear communication, and effective leadership in practice. With energy, focus, musicality, and humor, we let participants experience how to form a whole together—towards colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders.
Whatever the composition of your group, there is always a Business Beat workshop that suits your needs. From larger groups that want to work on connection and team spirit, to smaller teams that want to deepen their collaboration, effectiveness, and leadership.
During the workshop, we compose a percussive piece of music with multiple rhythmic patterns together. Each participant has their own audible role in this. By working with different instruments, you not only learn to play your own part, but above all, you discover how coordination with others leads to a stronger collective result. Our workshops go beyond standard team building: they make the parallels between making music and collaborating in organizations immediately tangible.
Your customer is your audience. Only when the team plays well together can a harmonious performance be created that inspires confidence and radiates quality.

BUSINESS BEAT WORKSHOPS
Depending on the group and the objective, the workshop will have a specific focus:

For larger groups, the emphasis is often on teamwork, communication, focus, and functioning as a whole.

For smaller teams such as departments, project teams, management teams, or leadership teams, we work more intensively on collaboration, role distribution, mutual coordination, improvisation, and effectiveness.
We use various instruments that complement each other. Each instrument, and therefore each participant, is essential to the whole. Simply ‘drumming along’ in the background is not an option: commitment, listening, and cooperation are essential.
Our workshop leaders guide the participants in their musical contribution. This requires switching between thinking and doing, listening and responding. In other words, multitasking. For many participants, it feels like driving a car for the first time.
The Business Beat workshops can be used as a stand-alone event, but also as a practical and energetic part of a training course, team-building session, off-site meeting, cultural program, or party.
